Companion Aide

Excellence Home Care, LLC.’s Companion Aide’s are expected to provide short-term relief for caregivers and to provide needed supervision to clients. A list of Companion Aide duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Socialization - Reading, conversation, assistance with mail and other interaction with participant as appropriate.Assistance with or supervision of meal/snack preparation.Assistance with or supervision of client’s laundry (washing clothes and linens).Assistance with or supervision of client’s shopping. Light housekeeping e.g. (dusting, sweeping or other light chores to maintain a safe clean environment). Making appropriate contact in case of emergency.
